Serviceability for a pin code is checked at checkout. - **Dispatch** — orders leave our Jaipur warehouse; handmade items are inspected before packing, so dispatch can take a little longer than a mass-produced product. - **Cancellations** — request a cancellation from Order History. Once a shipment has been picked up by the courier it can no longer be cancelled; refuse delivery or raise a return instead. ## Payments Razorpay handles payment: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is offered on eligible orders and pin codes. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. If money left your account but the order did not appear, do not pay again — email us with the payment reference and we will reconcile it. ## Returns and refunds Raise a return from Order History within the window set out in the [return policy](https://www.karigarh.com/ReturnPolicy.md). Because these are handmade goods, small variations in colour, grain and finish between pieces are characteristic of the craft and are not defects. Damage in transit should be reported promptly, with photographs. ## Products - Each listing states its material, dimensions, weight and care instructions. - ODOP and GI-tagged items are labelled on the listing and collected on the [ODOP page](https://www.karigarh.com/odop.md). - Stock is limited for handmade pieces; availability is shown on the product page. ## Accounts Sign-in, password resets and email verification are all self-service from the site.
