## One District One Product (ODOP)

ODOP is an Indian government initiative that identifies a signature product
for each district, so that a district's traditional strength becomes the
focus of investment, skill-building and market access. On Karigarh, ODOP items
carry the district they belong to, and the ODOP page can be filtered by
district.

## Geographical Indication (GI)

A Geographical Indication is a product name registered under India's
Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection) Act, 1999 for
goods that come from a particular place, such as Blue Pottery of Jaipur or
Kota Doria. Only registered authorised users may use a registered GI name. A
listing mentions a GI only where the piece carries one; at present no listing
does.

  listing states material, dimensions, weight and care instructions.
